Nutrition is a defining part of the Live Well program because it moves the relationship beyond a single appointment. Residents are offered a complimentary initial consultation so the concierge can understand their lifestyle, goals, routines, preferences, and practical needs before recommending a path forward.
This makes the experience intentional, not transactional. The resident is not simply selecting a service from a menu; they are beginning a guided wellness relationship designed around how they actually live.

Live Well is designed around the realities of private residential living: privacy, security, elevator and loading procedures, in-residence setup, amenity-space scheduling, noise and neighbor considerations, family routines, seasonal residents, second-home owners, building programming, and coordination with concierge and management.
That residential fluency is a meaningful advantage. The experience feels intentional before, during, and after service: personalized confirmation, provider introduction, access coordinated in advance, elegant arrival and setup, remembered preferences, a thoughtful closing ritual, post-service follow-up, easy rebooking, and continuity with a preferred provider whenever possible.
Massage, fitness, stretch therapy, yoga, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching should not feel like unrelated appointments. They form one integrated wellness relationship that lets residents enter through one need and gradually build a more complete routine.

Appointments are required. Six hours’ notice is the minimum; 24 hours is recommended.
Please provide a clean, quiet, comfortable area with sufficient room for safe service.
Please allow time for security check-in, elevator access, and provider setup.
Share relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy, or special needs.
Twenty-four hours’ notice is requested. Late changes or missed visits may incur a fee.
All services are subject to building rules, access procedures, and amenity availability.

Alena brings luxury spa, wellness, and hospitality expertise to the residential program, shaping the standards that guide provider selection, service quality, resident care, and the overall experience.
Her role is not simply to coordinate schedules. As VP of Wellness, Alena is the guardian of the Residential Wellness Standard. She helps ensure that every service is technically sound, appropriately credentialed, elegantly delivered, and aligned with the realities of private residential life.
